Government-backed. Not held back.
SBA loans offer some of the best terms in small business lending: long repayment periods, competitive rates, and government backing. Our team guides you from application to funding and keeps the paperwork moving, so qualifying loans can fund in under a month.
Possible funding timeline for qualifying loans. Timing is never guaranteed.
At a glance
Big moves deserve patient capital.
When you are buying a building, acquiring a competitor, or retooling your operation, you need capital that gives you years, not months. SBA loans are built for exactly that, with government backing that unlocks terms conventional loans rarely match.
The tradeoff has always been the process. We take that on for you: document checklists, lender packaging, and someone who answers the phone while underwriting runs its course.
Start Your ApplicationHow it works
A guided path through the paperwork.
SBA loans involve more documentation than most products. Here is how we keep it moving.
Start with a strategy conversation
We learn what you are funding and confirm an SBA loan is the right vehicle before anyone fills out a form.
Application and documents
You complete the application and we give you a clear checklist: tax returns, financials, and business documents. We review everything before it goes to the lender.
Underwriting and SBA review
The lender underwrites the file and the SBA reviews its guarantee. We track it, chase it, and keep you posted.
Closing and funding
You sign, the loan funds, and in many qualifying cases the whole process lands in under a month. Timing depends on eligibility and documentation, so we never promise a date we cannot control.
Who it’s for
Built for established, growing businesses.
SBA loans reward businesses with history and a clear plan. If that sounds like you, the terms are worth the paperwork.
- You have been in business for a couple of years with steady or growing revenue.
- Your credit profile is solid, personal and business.
- You have a clear use of funds: expansion, acquisition, equipment, or commercial real estate.
- You can document it: tax returns and financials that back up the story.
Traditional SBA financing generally cannot be used to refinance merchant cash advance debt. If MCA debt is the problem, ask us about the Break Bread Term Loan instead. It was built for exactly that.
Where it fits
What businesses use SBA loans for.
Acquiring a competitor
A service company bought out a retiring competitor across town, doubling its customer base with a loan structured over many years.
Opening a second location
A restaurant group used an SBA loan to build out location number two without draining the cash that ran location number one.
Buying equipment outright
A manufacturer replaced leased machines with owned ones, cutting monthly costs and building equity in the business.
Put patient capital to work.
Tell us what you are building toward and we will tell you honestly whether an SBA loan fits. No cost to start the conversation.
Straight answers
Questions, answered.
How long does an SBA loan really take?
It varies. With complete documentation and a qualifying file, funding in under a month is possible. It is never guaranteed, because timing depends on eligibility, underwriting, and SBA review.
What kind of credit do I need?
Stronger credit profiles get better outcomes, both personal and business. If your credit needs work first, we will tell you that plainly and point you toward a better-fit option.
Can I use an SBA loan to pay off cash advances?
Generally no. Traditional SBA financing cannot be used to refinance MCA debt. The Break Bread Term Loan was built for that situation instead.
What can I use the funds for?
Working capital, expansion, acquisitions, equipment, and commercial real estate, depending on the program. We will match the program to your plans.
Will I need collateral?
It depends on the loan size and the program. Some SBA loans require collateral and some do not. We will tell you what to expect before you apply.

Funding is subject to eligibility, underwriting and approval. Amounts, rates, terms and timing vary. Introductory credit card rates are time-limited and may involve fees. Property-secured financing places collateral at risk.
